the field of customer service, handling incoming and outgoing calls.
As a result, RITONE, as a controller, primarily processes personal data for clients, legal
entities and their legal representatives.
This Privacy Policy explains how RITONE processes personal data and provides information
about the rights of the data subject in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation
2016\/679 (the "Regulation").

What personal data does RITONE process?
Most of RITONE's personal information is obtained through the website or via email. When
you send personal data to us, your data connection is encrypted.

RITONE, as a controller, does not process any special category of personal data.
As a processor, RITONE may receive various personal data from its corporate customers,
where RITONE as a Contact Center services provider, handles incoming and outgoing calls. In
this case, the processing of such data shall be in accordance with the signed contact. Upon<\/p>\r\n
completion of the contract, the data are deleted and no further processing and storage is
performed. The data owner is and remains the client of the RITONE, who (the client) is the
data controller.
What is the legal basis for RITONE's processing of personal data?
RITONE processes personal data on the basis of the consent of the data subject (such as
applying for vacancies, until the vacancy is filled), on a contractual basis (until all the
activities of the signed contract are completed and payment has been received), on the
basis of legitimate interest (accumulation of employee data, filing of data subject s\u2019
applications and replies to them).
Categories of recipients of personal data
RITONE may transfer personal data to a processor (e-mail server) on a case-by-case basis,
and may provide information to public authorities or officials as required by law.
Storage of personal data
RITONE will retain personal data in accordance with the defined purposes of processing
personal data and the legal basis for processing personal data, as long as at least one of the
following criteria is met:
\u2022 there is a legal obligation to store data for a specified period in accordance with law;
\u2022 it is necessary to realize RITONE legitimate interests;
\u2022 it is necessary to execute on the contractual obligations;
\u2022 the data subject's consent to the relevant processing of personal data is valid.

Rights of the data subject
In order to access their personal data processed by RITONE, the data subject must submit an
application to: RITONE Ltd, Bu\u013c\u013cu 45B, LV-1067, Riga or send an electronically signed
application to RITONE's email address: info@ritone.lv .
In addition, the data subject has the right to request the restriction of the processing of
personal data, to object to the processing of personal data, to request the rectification of
personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
RITONE Ltd. communicates with the data subject using the contact information (telephone
number, e-mail address, address) provided by the data subject. The information requested
can be obtained by post, the reply will be sent by registered mail to the address indicated in
the application.
In case of claims, the data subject may submit a complaint to the State Data Inspectorate,
